Ben Fairbrother
We are hugely proud to be a supporter of Ben Fairbrother. We have worked with Ben for a few years now and it was a very special moment to see him win the Badminton Grassroots BE90 in May in a saddle he got from us.
We wish him luck going forward and look forward to working with him long into the future.
Victoria Tar
Victoria Tar is 44 year old rider who competed throughout her childhood until she was 18. University took over and after experiencing 3 nasty falls in her last season she did not jump for about 20 years. Following a successful career in Interior Design, she decided it was now or never, and wanted to own another horse and start eventing again.
Casper was introduced to her by a friend, and it was love at first sight! They bonded as soon as she got him home and started to build confidence very quickly as he is such a kind horse. She has been working for the last 4 years to qualify for Badminton and managed to get there in 2024! She has bought and sold several saddles through Sheepham Saddles and says it’s a fantastic experience. She likes the fact you can try them for 5 days and get a good feel of the saddle, rather than the average 1-2hrs. By purchasing a 2nd hand saddle, it'll be worn in, an affordable price, and it'll keep its market value.
What our Supported Riders say
We first encountered Sheepham Saddles when I was stuck for a saddle for my hard to fit horse. I called Jo out of the blue and she spent 45 minutes on the phone on a Saturday afternoon discussing what might fit him. Understanding his shape, she sent two saddles up, one of which was perfect. I would never have tried the saddle had Jo not suggested it.
Since then we have bought our saddles from Sheepham and Jo had very kindly supported my son Ben who recently won the BE90 Grassroots Championship at Badminton. Of course, in a Sheepham sourced saddle!
We couldn’t recommend Sheepham Saddles highly enough for exceptional, knowledgable service.
