Delivery Information and Costs
Sheepham Saddles use DPD Local for all UK and European deliveries. All saddles are sent out safely wrapped in bubble wrap, securely packed into cardboard boxes and fully insured for transit. Where possible the courier will keep you updated with the progress of your order.
Dispatch Times
We aim to have all orders placed before 13.30 p.m. (Mon -Fri) dispatched the same day*. If you require your saddle to arrive on a specific day, please contact us before purchase as we are not able to hold saddles.
Delivery Prices
All UK shipping prices are for up to two saddles. Shipping prices for delivery outside of the UK is for one saddle only.

How long does delivery take once I place an order?
For UK orders placed before 2:30 pm, delivery typically takes place the next working day, provided it is a weekday. Orders placed after 2:30 pm will be processed the following working day. Deliveries do not include weekends, so any order placed late on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday. Sheepham Saddles uses DPD Local for all UK and European deliveries, and we aim to keep customers updated on the progress of their shipments via courier tracking services.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Sheepham Saddles offers international shipping. However, for non-UK orders, we would advise you to contact us directly via phone or email to arrange delivery and confirm shipping costs. We use DPD Local for deliveries within Europe but may use other couriers for destinations outside the continent, and shipping fees vary based on location.
When will my order be dispatched?

What if my saddle arrives damaged?
If your saddle arrives damaged, you must report the damage immediately and provide photographs of the condition before opening the packaging. Sheepham Saddles will then work with you to resolve the issue, which may involve returning the saddle for a refund or exchange.
