The saddles may show some signs of wear, as expected with used products, but they are carefully selected to maintain usability.
How long does delivery take once I place an order?
For UK orders placed before 2:30 pm, delivery typically takes place the next working day, provided it is a weekday. Orders placed after 2:30 pm will be processed the following working day. Deliveries do not include weekends, so any order placed late on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday. Sheepham Saddles uses DPD Local for all UK and European deliveries, and we aim to keep customers updated on the progress of their shipments via courier tracking services.
Can I return or exchange a saddle if it doesn’t fit my horse?
Yes, if the saddle doesn’t fit your horse, you can return it within the 5-day trial period. We ask you to fill out a returns form, package the saddle according to our guidelines, and arrange for collection. There is a £10 trial fee per saddle, plus a £25 return collection charge. Refunds are processed within two working days of receiving the returned saddle, minus any fees.
What is your return policy for saddles?
The return policy allows customers to trial saddles for 5 days. If the saddle is unsuitable, it must be returned by submitting a returns form no later than 3 p.m. on the 5th day. Returns should be repackaged carefully, and collection is arranged via DPD for a £25 fee. A £10 trial fee is also deducted from the refund.
Money for any unwanted saddle is refunded to the credit/debit card used to make your purchase, minus the return fee. Once we have received the unwanted saddle, it will be inspected and your refund processed within 3 working days.
Please allow a further 7-10 days for the refund to show on your card/account. Please note the timeframe varies from bank to bank.
